Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union seeks a Teller II to provide frontline service and perform a wide range of transactional duties with accuracy. You will handle cash and checks, process payments, and educate members on products and services.

You will maintain records, support member relationships, and assist with branch operations as needed. The role requires strong English/Spanish communication and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or GED) required; 2 years of related/office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software, including email functions.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes members in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt, accurate, and efficient service and transactions.
• Performs a variety of transactional duties, including receipt of cash and check deposits and processing withdrawals and loan payments with accuracy.
• Maintains accurate transactional records and provides cash receipts and payments in accordance with policies.
• Identifies needs, recommends solutions, and offers appropriate LCCU products.
• Promotes, explains, and sells other credit union services.
