Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related/office experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately count, handle cash, and calculate figures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality frontline service and perform a wide range of transactional duties.
• Greet members, understand needs, and promote credit union products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and other payments with accuracy.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance at shift end; assist with vault procedures as needed.
• Answer member questions by phone and in person; support branch operations.
