Landmark Credit Union is seeking a motivated teller to handle cash transactions and provide excellent member service. You will balance the cash drawer daily, cross-sell services, and support branch operations with a positive, professional demeanor.

The role requires standing for long periods and adherence to credit union policies. Fluency in English is preferred, with bilingual Spanish/English a plus, and a 40-hour work week with an alternating schedule.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and use all programs and systems used for this job.
• Understand and follow all company policies and applicable laws/regulations.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provides friendly, courteous, and expedient teller and related services to members resulting in a balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sells other member services.
• Processes mail deposits and withdrawals.
• May assist in balancing the ATM (if not performed by an outside source).
• May train to perform open/closing duties (with manager on site).
• May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• May train to perform overrides.
• May be cross trained to help in other positions within the branch.
• May be required to attend training at headquarters or an off-site location.
