Mountain America Credit Union in Meridian, ID is seeking a Full Time Member Service & Sales (Teller) who is bilingual in English and Spanish. You will provide exceptional member service, process transactions, and cross-sell products to help members achieve their financial goals.

The role offers starting pay of $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases, benefits, PTO, and training. Typical schedule is 8:40am–6:15pm on weekdays with Saturdays and occasional travel, and the position

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service, assess needs, and advise on products.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Initiate wire transfers, cashier\'s checks, and other banking transactions per policy.
• Open/close branch procedures and contribute to a secure environment.
• Cross-sell MACU products to help members meet financial goals.
