Connections Credit Union in Meridian, ID is seeking a Member Service Representative II (Teller/Loan Processor) for full-time work. You will manage member transactions, cash handling, and some consumer lending duties as part of a flexible, member-focused team.

Qualifications

• Cash handling with multiple denominations and large amounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Check scanning and vault maintenance.
• Loan processing and consumer lending skills.
• Cross-sell credit union services to members.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in regards to member accounts.
• Basic financial knowledge.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• As the primary contact with members, handle transactions and accounts, primarily cash and checks.
• May maintain vault and support consumer lending duties as needed.
• Promote CCU services while delivering professional, friendly service.
• Travel to local branches to assist with teller operations when staff is absent.
