Job summary

Citizens Bank is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers in our lobby and guide them through using our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions. You will aim to create remarkable experiences by offering personalized advice and connecting customers with Bankers for next steps, while explaining Citizens products and benefits.

You’ll follow all financial policies, handle cash responsibly, and comply with state and local laws.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Arabic or Spanish.
• Experience processing transactions (cash/digital) 6 months minimum.
• At least 1 year customer-facing experience recommending products.
• Strong listening and communication skills; ability to ask questions and identify needs.
• Problem solving and customer solutions oriented.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals.
• Flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities
