NMI is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Technical Integration Support Analyst to help customers integrate NMI’s payment solutions. You will assist developers in both English and Spanish, guiding them through APIs/SDKs and ensuring seamless integration to POS, mPOS, or e-commerce platforms.

Join a remote-first team delivering flexible support while you learn and document integrations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on projects to drive successful go-lives.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience coding in Objective-C or willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in at least one of C#, C++, Java.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with web technologies (CSS/HTML/PHP) desired.

Responsabilidades

• Provide integration support to English and Spanish-speaking customers for NMI payment solutions.
• Ensure customers achieve required functionality and smooth workflow in integrations.
• Maintain own implementations and understand SDK functionality.
• Create/update internal and external product documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for technical integration queries.
• Contribute to projects as needed.
