NMI is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Technical Integration Support Analyst to assist customers in integrating NMI's payment solutions via APIs and SDKs across POS, mPOS and e‑commerce platforms. You will support developers in both English and Spanish and help them achieve complete, live integrations.

You will maintain your own implementations, document workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical questions while ensuring smooth deployments for customers’ payment

Qualificações

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to explain technical information clearly

Responsabilidades

• Provide integration support to English and Spanish-speaking customers, helping them integrate NMI's payment solutions
• Ensure functionality requirements are met and data flows correctly
• Maintain own product implementations and understand SDK features
• Create/update internal and external documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for colleagues with technical integration queries
• Contribute to projects as needed
