Job summary

Skyhigh Security seeks a bilingual Technical Customer Success Manager (German & English) to own key customer relationships and drive value from our security products. You will be the technical point of contact, guiding adoption and operational success post deployment, while delivering ongoing optimization and strategic value.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Product teams to tailor adoption plans and ensure customer satisfaction across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role in a large enterprise.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (OSI, TCP/IP) and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with key customers as technical FCP, and manage day-to-day engagement.
• Guide customers in their journey with Skyhigh Security products, drive adoption and maximize value.
• Plan governance meetings, deliver QBRs and value plans, and coordinate with Sales and Solution Engineering.
