Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and customer support tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to pre‑sales and post‑sales inquiries through CRM queues, email, and customer support channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions using a consultative approach.
• Communicate with customers professionally through email, phone, and video meetings.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription management, renewals, and licensing questions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes for new purchases and renewals.
• Support distributors, resellers, and business partners with pricing requests and product-related questions.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, and opportunity records within CRM systems.
• Assist internal sales teams with quoting, customer follow-ups, and administrative support.
• Manage multiple customer requests while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Utilize available systems and tools to effectively support customer and sales activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and issue resolution.
