Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a driven Account Manager (German-speaking) to join our EMEA B2B sales team. This hybrid role supports Cork, Ireland office and remote candidates outside commuting distance.

You will manage named accounts, drive revenue growth, and advise on best practices for security and password management. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of SaaS sales or account management, bilingual German-English, and strong experience with enterprise clients and C-level executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS sales or Account Management (upselling and expansion).
• Bilingual: native German with English fluency (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory) and onboarding & support.
• Experience selling to Enterprise organisations, C-level Executives, IT and Cyber Security Executives.
• Autonomy and ownership; proactive and creative problem solving.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS).
• IAM industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry a revenue quota within assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with Senior Management and C-level contacts.
• Communicate with German and English speaking customers, verbally and in writing.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and data-driven portfolio analysis.
• Become Keeper Security product expert for customers.
• Drive references and case studies.
• Close deals and renew/expand contracts.
