Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a customer-facing technical professional in the United States to drive successful implementations of our cloud-native security platform. You will build relationships with customer stakeholders, offer guidance on Zscaler solutions, and manage escalations to mitigate risk for long-term success.

Native or bilingual German proficiency and foundational AI/ML knowledge are required, along with 3+ years in cloud/network security roles and excellent communication skills.
