Job summary

CHEF iQ is seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative fluent in French and English to serve as the go-to expert for our French-speaking customers. The role starts remote and will transition to a hybrid office schedule in Mahwah, NJ within 12 months.

You will troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and app pairing, look up orders, handle warranty questions and returns, and document interactions in our ticketing system (Salesforce). A quiet home workspace and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer support experience, preferably technical support.
Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
Strong troubleshooting for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and app pairing.
Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
Basic Windows, networking, and PC hardware knowledge.

Responsibilities

Support customers in French and English by phone, email, chat, and social media.
Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and app pairing to restore cooking flow.
Look up orders, inventory, and replacement parts; ensure correct parts fit models.
Handle warranty, returns, recalls, and terms of sale.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and own follow-ups.
Share customer feedback with Software, Hardware, and Product teams.
