Job summary

CHEF iQ is seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative who is fluent in French and English to assist our customers across phone, email, chat and social media from Mahwah, NJ. This role starts remote and moves to a hybrid schedule within 12 months.

You will troubleshoot Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and app pairing, look up orders and parts, and handle warranty questions with care while coordinating with Product and Support teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written French and English.
• 2+ years of customer support experience, ideally technical support.
• Experience in troubleshooting Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and device connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in French and English by phone, email, chat and social media.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and app pairing to resolve issues quickly.
• Look up orders, inventory and parts, ensuring correct part matches model.
• Handle warranty questions, returns, recalls and terms of sale with care.
• Maintain clean, detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Share customer feedback with Software, Hardware and Product Development teams.
