Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to join a dynamic, customer-focused team. The role starts with 45 days of in-person training at our Jupiter, Florida office, then transitions to remote work with occasional in-office touchpoints.

The position requires at least 2 years of technical call center experience in a B2B environment, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bilingual English/French (Canadian) fluency earns a premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical call center support experience in a B2B environment preferred.
• Experience in a technical support role, with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new processes, make good judgments, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and guide toward resolution.
• Address issues in technical systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Create cases for calls and emails, log problem history, and record resolutions.
• Maintain a strong customer-service focus and handle challenging conversations.
• Monitor network, hardware, and software health for customers.
