Woongjin, Inc. is seeking a System Admin & Service Desk professional fluent in English and Korean to join a dynamic team. This role covers system administration tasks, user access management, and continuous process improvements while supporting Jira/MSP+ and web-based systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT operations or system administration, with strong communication skills in English and Korean. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and a USD salary range.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in information systems, computer science, business administration or data analytics.
5+ years in IT operations, system administration or application support.
Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Fluent written and spoken English and Korean for client communication.

Responsibilities

Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including user and access management.
Configure systems: workflows and process maintenance; investigate issues and escalate as needed.
Leverage AI-assisted workflows via prompt engineering for efficiency.
Support Jira/MSP+ and web-based systems; collaborate with U.S. and Korea teams.
