SumUp in Berlin is seeking a multilingual Support professional for the Small Markets team (Onsite). You will assist Hungarian and English‑speaking merchants via chat, email and phone, resolving technical and account issues to keep businesses running smoothly.

You’ll listen carefully, explain technical matters in simple terms, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to provide fast, accurate answers. This role offers an office‑first setup with strong development and benefits.

• Excellent spoken and written skills in Hungarian and English, with the confidence to communicate across phone, chat and email
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in simple terms

Responsabilités

• Support Hungarian and English-speaking merchants across chat, email and phone, helping resolve a range of technical and account-related issues
• Listen closely to merchant problems and find practical solutions that keep their businesses moving
• Flag patterns and suggest improvements to processes to continuously improve the merchant experience
• Work closely with colleagues across other departments to get merchants the right answer, fast
• Collaborate with an international, multilingual team spread across markets
