WorkNomads seeks a Sales Specialist fluent in French and German to join a remote EU team. You will manage calls/chats, assist onboarding, close deals, and maintain client relationships across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French, German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in sales or customer service in a call center environment is advantageous, but training may be provided.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues; proactive, flexible and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Close deals and upsell solutions to drive new contracts.
• Assist customers through the digital onboarding process for a smooth experience.
• Manage calls and chats, providing personalized support to prospects and customers in the financial sector.
• Be the voice of the brand, maintaining a positive, professional image with clients.
• Oversee administrative aspects of client relationships, ensuring accurate records.
