Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking staff to maintain student case files and support recordkeeping in FAMCare and UAC portals. You will coordinate fingerprinting for family reunification, schedule legal appointments, and monitor program data for compliance while assisting with intake processes and 30-day reunifications.

Based at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, AZ, the role involves collaboration with the Case Management team, supporting staff and families, and contributing to a safe campus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Pass bilingual English/Spanish assessment.
• Case management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Positive Operational Culture program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student case files and assist with filing, closing, and maintaining records in physical files and FAMCare/UAC portals.
• Assist with preparing files for ORR and State Licensing representatives.
• Coordinate fingerprint services for family reunification and schedule legal appointments.
• Track program data for compliance and support family calls.
• Support 24-hour intake process and complete initial and exit case files.
• Conduct 30-day reunification follow-up calls and prepare closed files for exited students.
• Collaborate with Case Management team.
