Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center in Moreno Valley, CA seeks a dedicated Case Aide to support the case management team and help reunify unaccompanied children with sponsors while following policy.

You will prepare, submit, and maintain Foster Parent records; review the ORR portal; conduct Resource Family Home inspections; and assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating social service programs. Attention to deadlines and accuracy is essential. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide tangible support to assigned case management team.
• Prepare, compile, submit, and maintain accurate Foster Parent records, files, statistics, and additional relevant information.
• Review ORR portal for compliance with upload requirements and ensure updates as needed.
• Conduct Resource Family Home inspections.
• Complete calls with sponsors as assigned to gather information.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating designated social service program(s).
• Assist in special projects.
• Escort UC, verify sponsor identification, and release custody to approved sponsor.
• Adhere to Child Abuse reporting requirements.
• Attend meetings and trainings when needed.
