Canyon State Academy invites applications for a on-site Case Management support role located in Queen Creek, AZ. The position focuses on maintaining student case files, coordinating licensing-related filings, and supporting family services within a structured program.

The role requires a high school diploma, bilingual English/Spanish assessment, and prefers prior Case Management experience. A valid driver’s license and background checks are mandatory, with an emphasis on compliance and data

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must pass bilingual English/Spanish assessment.
• Case Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Positive Operational Culture program.
• Current State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student case files and assist with filing, closing, and maintaining records in physical files and the FAMCare and UAC Portal systems.
• Assist with compiling files for ORR and State Licensing representatives, coordinating fingerprint services for family reunification, scheduling legal appointments, tracking program data for compliance, facilitating approved family calls, supporting the 24-hour intake process, completing initial and exit case files, and preparing closed files for students who have exited the program while collaborating with the Case Management team.
