Job summary

IMG Academy is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to coordinate logistics for student athletes’ on-campus experiences and assist with onboarding and arrival. You will ensure families receive resources and support for an exceptional training experience.

Responsibilities include communicating requirements, identifying add-ons, and using CRM to track follow-ups and notes. Strong MS Office/Outlook skills and bilingual ability are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with strong communication.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and CRM systems.
• Fluent in multiple languages a plus (Spanish, Japanese, Chinese).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-campus logistics for student athletes and families.
• Identify and upsell add-ons such as transportation, gear packages, and trips.
• Maintain CRM records for pipeline, follow-ups, and notes for each family.
• Serve as liaison between staff and campers to resolve pre/during/post-training concerns.
