Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
  • Additional languages such as Chinese, Japanese, or German are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

  • Enter program sales and manage client accounts in QuickBooks Online.
  • Prepare weekly player lists and keep enrollment records updated.
  • Work closely with front desk, coaching staff, transportation team, and boarding department to ensure a smooth student experience.
  • Guide parents through the annual admissions process, from application to enrollment and arrival.
  • Create student accounts, prepare enrollment agreements, and ensure all required documentation is completed.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with parents through clear and professional communication.

Position Summary

The Admissions Officer is responsible for guiding families through the enrollment process, promoting the academy's programs, and providing excellent customer service from the first inquiry to the student's arrival. This role combines admissions, sales, client relations, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with parents and student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the academy's programs, including Weekly Programs, Memberships, Summer Camps, Daily Programs, and Adult Programs.
  • Follow up with prospective families and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Coordinate student arrivals by sending confirmation emails, organizing airport transportation, and preparing arrival lists.
  • Assist with dorm room assignments for boarding students prior to arrival.
  • Manage client records and maintain accurate student databases in the academy's CRM system.
  • Enter program sales and manage client accounts in Intuit QuickBooks Online.
  • Prepare weekly player lists and keep enrollment records updated.
  • Work closely with the front desk, coaching staff, transportation team, and boarding department to ensure a smooth student experience.
