You will work across Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction. Candidates should be bilingual in English and Spanish, with a year of relevant experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish reading and writing.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or admin support experience.
• Familiarity with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience working across Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding processes for new and existing resellers.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Handle initial emails and calls, answer questions about products and services.
• Support customers from request to account setup.
• Research customer inquiries in internal systems and maintain records.
• Assist in screening and approving potential customers.
• Refer customers to Sales, Billing, Tech Support, and other teams as needed.
• Document customer concerns and communicate trends to departments.
• Determine eligibility for technical support and arrange escalations.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.
