Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding processes, enabling new and existing resellers to become operational.

You will coordinate cross-functional onboarding activities across Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations and Customer Support. You will handle initial customer inquiries by email and phone, assist with account setup, research responses in internal systems, and ensure records are accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required (reading/writing).
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding processes across Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations and Customer Support.
• Take initial customer emails and calls to answer questions about products and services.
• Support customers throughout onboarding from request to account setup; perform data entry.
• Research customer inquiries using internal systems and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate issues and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
