Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Jarrell, Texas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role involves leading the team and stepping in when the Store Manager is absent.

You will assist in hiring, coaching, scheduling, ensuring service excellence, handling buy online/ship to store orders, and maintaining store security and cash procedures. Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training; Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and execute on customer service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, coaching, and ensuring team members are up-to-date on training.
• Support hiring processes by coordinating recruiting tasks and interviews.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
