• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and programs.
• Assist in staffing the sales counter during peak hours (lunch, late afternoon, evenings, weekends).
• Assist in hiring by conducting interviews and coordinating with management.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store orders and transfers are processed promptly.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure security procedures.
