O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise service levels in showroom and programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure phone calls are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders with customer notification as needed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and merchandise staging per procedure.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Delegate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks to team members.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits per policy.
