Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Recruit, hire, evaluate, promote, and discipline team members.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.
• Assist in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure safety training and compliance across the team.
• Make weekly customer calls when scheduled.
• Manage delivery fleet maintenance and records for each vehicle.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities.
