Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team during the Store Manager’s absence and/or opposing shifts, ensuring customers are served efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.
• Experience in retail management and customer service leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to both retail and professional customers.
• Supervise daily customer service standards and execute loyalty programs.
• Coordinate staffing for peak hours and ensure coverage at the sales counter.
• Assist in hiring processes, interviews, and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed accurately and on-time.
