Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Houston seeks a bilingual Substore Manager (ASM) to guide customer service, manage accounts, and control risk while growing leadership skills. You will participate in daily operations, assist customers, and support a dynamic, people-focused store environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing cash handling, audits, and marketing efforts, with full-time in-person attendance and potential for rapid promotion within our growing network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing, and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with emphasis on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
