Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking a bilingual HR Staffing Specialist to support staffing across multiple sites in the U.S. You will spearhead frontline recruiting, run high-volume job fairs, and coordinate offers, backgrounds, and drug testing where required.

Travel to regional sites will be needed. Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish, highly organized, and capable of managing staffing plans across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a College or University or six months to one-year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• May required to have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Ops and HR to address staffing needs
• Own the frontline recruiting strategy of the assigned site/region
• Run high-volume job fairs, including interviewing and extending offers
• Run backgrounds and drug tests where applicable
• Travel as needed to ensure regional staffing support is met
