Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Workforce Manager (English/Spanish) to deliver high-quality service by aligning temporary workers' skills with customer needs in a fast-paced environment. This role may supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists and requires strong leadership and bilingual communication to build client relationships.

Responsibilities include overseeing assignments, implementing quality standards, and mentoring teams while ensuring profitability and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Successful prior experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in a customer service industry required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer and use it to provide effective customer service and ensure orders are filled with quality placements.
• Implement and manage quality standards, including the Performance Selection System (PSS) for all services rendered.
• Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists and ensure strong client relationships.
• Schedule pre-assignment orientation and monitor attendance and performance of temporaries.
• Coach and counsel temporaries to ensure quality performance and meet productivity goals.
