Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Bilingual On-Site Specialist to support client on-site programs. You will guide associates, coach and discipline when needed, and build a strong employer-associate bond while ensuring safety and policy adherence.

You will partner with branch, regional, and corporate teams to meet performance expectations and recruit temporary staff. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English abilities and a valid driver's license for site-to-site travel.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with client's management team.
• Recruit temporary resources to meet client needs.
• Communicate effectively with client staff, temporary associates, and company personnel.
• Meet with supervisory personnel to ensure satisfaction with associate performance.
• Maintain knowledge of client facilities, positions, and policies.
• Walk the floor, engage with supervisors, address safety issues, and assess production needs.
