Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to attract and hire quality candidates for warehouse roles. You will source, screen, interview, and hire, conducting on-site interviews and hiring events to meet staffing goals.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles.
Conduct daily on-site interviews, walk-ins, and hiring events.
Partner with warehouse leadership to understand staffing needs, shift requirements, and workforce planning.
Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support both client operations and employee engagement.
Translate job expectations, safety procedures, policies, and communications between English and Spanish.
Assist with new hire onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and badge distribution.
Monitor attendance, turnover, and retention; proactively address staffing gaps.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and employment regulations.
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and basic HR support.
