• 2 years of demonstrated outstanding customer service experience (ie filing, multi-phone lines and scheduling)
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
• EHR/EMR experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the efficient scheduling of clinical staff and triage incoming calls.
• Schedule visits in an electronic scheduling system and assign staff to maximize continuity of care and productivity.
• Coordinate daily schedules for clinical staff and assist in ordering supplies and coordinating participant appointments.
