Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Preferred associates degree and 1 year in staffing or clinical/home services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infusion pharmacy staff schedules for efficiency.
• Triages calls to the pharmacy queue and schedules visits in the system.
• Assign daily staff schedules to maximize continuity and productivity.
• Confirm upcoming visits with patients and share staffing info with managers.
