EmployBridge is seeking an energetic Staffing Assistant to join our team for an immediate opening at a busy branch. This contract role supports recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, and branch administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet candidates, screen inquiries, assist with orientations, help the recruiting team complete applications, process payroll, and manage branch documentation. Strong customer service and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a busy office.
• Excellent customer service and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in candidates and serve as the first point of contact in the branch.
• Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls and handle general inquiries.
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire orientations for customer success support.
• Support recruiting to ensure applicants complete all facets of the application process.
• Coordinate, complete, and scan documents for workers' compensation claims.
• Process and update payroll records.
• Document unemployment terms and details in CRM.
• Create, process, and file branch purchase orders and invoices.
• Order supplies based on needs and budget resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
