duties include acting as primary contact for vendor and client employee issues, onboarding, payroll processing, and performance coaching. A strong emphasis on data-driven reports using CRM, Power BI, and time/attendance tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Customer service role responsible for client communication.
• HR experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Able to multi-task, change priorities and work in a high-pressure setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee prior to start
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges (CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software)
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents safety incidents
• Coaches associates on attendance policies and conducts ABC performance reviews
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance
• Walks candidates through client facility tours (3–5 miles daily)
• Participates in daily order fill goal meetings and onboarding, I-9s, and background checks
