Job summary

EmployBridge seeks a Staff Performance Coordinator in Dublin, GA on a 4-month contract with part-time hours (11am–6pm, onsite). The role focuses on day-to-day client and associate support, issue resolution, onboarding, and compliance across payroll and timekeeping processes.

The ideal candidate brings logistics or manufacturing experience, strong customer service skills, and data management capabilities, with HR exposure preferred to help manage workforce relations and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics/manufacturing environment.
• Customer-facing role with client communication.
• Data management experience.
• HR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling of employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates resolution of all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners; understands risk areas for all parties.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges; uses CRM/Power BI/timekeeping software.
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations; documents and investigates safety incidents; executes safety observation program.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance
