Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for a temporary assignment in Carlisle, PA. The role supports onboarding, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and client/vendor communications within a logistics environment.

You will coordinate HR processes, monitor safety and performance, and use CRM/Power BI tools to analyze workforce data. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits and monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and payroll processing experience.
• Ability to coach on attendance policies and performance reviews.
• Familiarity with HR processes and compliance in a client/vendor context.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling issues.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and clients.
• Process payroll and track attendance, wage and hour compliance.
• Conduct onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
• Use CRM/Power BI to analyze workforce data and identify challenges.
• Participate in client meetings about safety and operations.
