Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Seasonal Staff Performance Coordinator for a 4-month, part-time assignment at our Dublin, GA site. Hours are 11am–6pm, onsite with the client.

You will manage day-to-day client and associate relations, coordinate onboarding, and run reports to monitor workforce performance. You will also help resolve payroll and timekeeping issues while ensuring service levels are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a high-pressure setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and timely.
• Coordinates resolution of all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners; understands risk areas.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee before start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues.
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents safety incidents.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage and hour compliance.
