Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation is hiring a Spanish Speaking Business Development Representative in Overland Park, KS. This entry-level sales role focuses on onboarding, supporting and managing RTS Carrier Services accounts with a dynamic, outgoing personality.

You will work closely with sales teams to onboard new business, build lasting client relationships, and identify growth opportunities while delivering solutions on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or 2+ years in customer service/account management.
• Spanish and English bilingual required.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support RTS Carrier Services accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to set up new business and onboarding.
• Ensure timely delivery of requests and solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Track client relationships and communications for strategic planning and execution.
