Job summary

Toast is seeking a bilingual Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to expand Toast’s presence with Spanish cuisine restaurants in the Newark/Elizabeth, NJ area. You will drive new customer growth through calls, demos, and contract closes in the customer’s preferred language.

You will work from a home-based office, live locally, and collaborate with onboarding and internal teams to deliver a language-inclusive, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Prior sales experience preferred and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to think entrepreneurially and adapt messaging to customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound and outbound leads in the Spanish cuisine market.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer's language.
• Create quotes and contracts in the customer's language and close deals.
• Collaborate with onboarding to ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
• Leverage knowledge of Toast's platform to tailor recommendations for restaurateurs.
• Use Spanish for customer communication and English for internal Toast teams.
