Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow its Spanish-speaking restaurant client base in the North Bay, CA area. You will use a consultative approach to convert inbound demand, generate opportunities through referrals, and close contracts in the customer’s preferred language.

You will conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations in Spanish or English as needed, and collaborate with onboarding to ensure post-sale success while understanding the competitive

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required (written and spoken).
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your market.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer's preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer's preferred language.
• Ensure onboarding team and customer are set up for success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and internally in English.
• Note: Hiring process conducted primarily in English.
