Job summary

MCI is seeking bilingual customer support agents to handle data breach communications remotely. This is a temporary, work-from-home role activated as needed; shifts run 8:00 AM–10:00 PM Mon–Fri and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Sat–Sun.

You will assist customers with inquiries, apply service procedures, and maintain a positive experience during sensitive situations. Applicants must be 18+, fluent in English and Spanish, have a high school diploma, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.
• Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation.
• Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).
• Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage.
• Strong team orientation and customer focus.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity.
