Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with culturally competent service in-person and by phone.
• Schedule appointments for diverse program providers and SNAP outreach.
• Provide Spanish interpretation/translation at reception, phone, online, and in group sessions.
• Direct clients to services, confirm appointments, and monitor wait times.
• Plan community initiatives like Mercado and food distribution events.
