Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals and families seeking services by guiding them through program rules and procedures.
• Review applications for compliance and completeness with required documentation.
• Schedule interviews, home visits, and referrals; maintain appointment calendars for multiple workers.
• Process payments and assist with TANF, SNAP, ERDC, TA-DVS as authorized.
• Scan and store documents using the State’s Electronic Document Management System.
