Job summary

AAA is seeking a Member Experience Associate to provide exceptional member service across multiple branch locations. You will engage customers, understand needs, and present solutions while meeting individual sales goals.

You will learn AAA products, apply consultative selling, and adapt to rotating shifts, including Saturdays, with opportunities for commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; P&C license preferred not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and value to Members through genuine care and personal service.
• Achieve individual sales targets while supporting branch goals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of AAA products and services and apply consultative sales techniques.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to drive sales and membership value.
• Rotate between branches as needed and adapt to varied environments.
