Job summary

AT&T Field Sales Representatives bring customized, white-glove experiences to customers in their homes, driving sales with uncapped commissions and top earners reaching six figures. You’ll start with paid training and gain the skills to close deals with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments.

You’ll meet customers on their schedule, handle negotiations, and grow your book with warm prospects. Expect evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use.

Responsibilities

• Face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolution.
• Engage with warm prospects daily and leverage negotiation to hit sales targets.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing learning to stay tech‑savvy.
